With our extensive health care experience, we are qualified to provide customized care that combines the benefits of IV vitamins, electrolytes and a variety of tailored therapeutic options.
Tiffany is an Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine trained nurse. She has called Bend home for over 10 years. She has broad experience in a variety of nursing specialties and most recently has worked in Bend’s local Emergency Department. As a native Seattle-ite she is a diehard Seahawks fan. In her spare time, she loves watching football, hiking, cooking, traveling, collecting vintage vinyl, and spending time with her family and friends.

Kara is a nurse practitioner with a broad appreciation of supporting overall physical wellbeing and optimal mental health. She is a graduate of Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts and holds bachelor’s degrees in exercise physiology, health psychology and nursing in addition to her master’s degree from Regis. She enjoys long, daily walks, weight training, and rock climbing while investing energy into achieving balance in her life. Most of all she loves being a mom to her daughter Libby. Born and raised on the east coast, she took the leap and moved to Oregon five years ago after a visit to Bend stole her heart and she decided to make it her home.
